STORK CUSTOMER  SERVICE AND SERVICE SUPPORT

  

This division commits itself to an on-going process of service improvement. The fact that there are over 600 units operating in the spirits, wine, dairy and food industries has given Stork the opportunity of creating a full service department which deals not only with spares but a customer helpline provides the on-going support over a 24 hour day ensuring our customers equipment can be fully utilised.

The Service Department has expanded over the years and offers a large and comprehensive stock holding ex Uxbridge with consignment stock also being available for certain dairy customers.

The Service Manager ensures that the service and spares group attends regular review seminars on "customer awareness and focus".

Stork Amsterdam International Limited offers to all its customers a 7 day a week call-out manned by its own Stork-trained engineers operating from towns and cities around the UK.

In addition, engineers are on a roster and are easily identified and the information is relayed to the customer.

Tailored service contracts are available to all customers who require that Stork plays a bigger role in their machine servicing.

STORK CUSTOMER TRAINING

Various programmes are available to ensure continuity in terms of operator and maintenance training programmes, refresher courses and understanding the various functions, both electrically and mechanically. 

These courses are available on site and at Stork's training centre in Uxbridge.
